8 Foods that increase your risk of developing gout


In order to decease your risk of developing gout, you have to limit your consumption of gout causing foods. These foods are usually very high in purine content.  Apart from food, there are other factors that increase your risk of developing gout such as taking certain medications like diuretics. Below is a list of foods that increase your risk of developing gout.
